Minecraft, is a sandbox videogame that is played around the world
when you spawn in a world,you have to collect plenty of wooden logs at least 31 logs like this:
once you mine 31 blocks of wood only make a wooden pickaxe and mine stone and then make stone tools that way you dont waste wood
now that you are done build a house,it dosent have to look nice,you can work on it the next day
to find food you can either go vegatarian or hunt for food in your enviroment,do it close to your house so if you die you can go back

try digging horizontal and look for iron to make a anvil(it will help you with adding enchantments to your tools).
anvils are a tool that can repair tools,weapons, and armor.
To use anvils,you need experience orbs,which are green dots that you get from killing mobs,monsters give the most,and animals give the least
endermen and witches give you the most experience and villagers give you none
enchanting tables give you the power to increase your tool or wepons ability to do anything from mining faster to unbreaking
it will help you get around the world
building is somthing optional you can do in minecraft,IF you have the free time i will show you some builds
